Expression of Interest

The deadline to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) is September 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). Expressions of Interest submitted after this deadline cannot be accepted. 


This online form must be completed in one sitting. Only one submission per household will be accepted. Duplicate or incomplete submissions will not be processed. 


Applicants should only submit the EOI form for the suite size they wish to apply for.


Please note that EOI submissions cannot be accepted by email, mail or in-person.


This EOI will be entered into a random selection draw if all eligibility requirements are met.
